Pagkatapos ng operasyon sa iyong kamay, pulso, o siko, karaniwang nasa bandage, splint, o cast ang iyong braso sa unang isang o dalawang linggo. Maaaring magmukhang hindi komportable at kaunti ang kawalan ng kasanayan sa simula, at biglaang nangangailangan ang mga karaniwang gawain ng ilang pagpaplano. Panatilihing tuyo ang panapos o cast

Kailangang manatiling ganap na tuyo ang iyong panapos, splint, o plaster hanggang sa amin pa ang tatanggalin o baguhin ito. Ang basang panapos o basa-basa na cast ay nagtatali ng kahalumigmigan laban sa sugat, at doon persis nagsisimula ang impeksyon. Anuman ang paraan ng paghuhugas:

  • Huwag hayaang mabasa ang plaster o panapos. Kung mabasa ito, patuyuin ang mga gilid at ipaalam sa amin, dahil kadalasan ay kailangang baguhin ang basang cast.
  • Patuyuin ang mga gilid ng panapos pagkatapos; huwag itulak ang tuwalya sa ilalim o itulak ang anumang bagay sa loob.

Panatilihin ang iyong kamay na nakataas — elevation

Pamamahala kapag isang kamay lamang ang gumagana

Ang non-slip na mat sa ilalim ng mangkok ay nagbibigay-daan sa iyo na maghalo o mag-stir gamit ang isang kamay.
  • Paglilinis at pag-aayos: ang espongha na may mahabang hawakan, ang bote ng sabon na may pump, at ang toothbrush na nakatayo laban sa basin ay lahat ay nakakatulong.
  • Humingi ng tulong sa mga gawaing nangangailangan ng dalawang kamay: pagbubukas ng mga bote, pagdadala ng mga bilihin, pagputol ng pagkain, pag-angat ng anumang mabigat. Ito ang oras upang hayaang tumulong ang iba pang tao.

Pagtulog

Kailan humingi ng tulong

  • hindi kakayahang gumalaw ng iyong mga daliri, o sakit kapag sinusubukan mong tuwidin ang mga ito
  • pakiramdam na masyadong mahigpit ang cast o bandage, parang kumukupot

b. if You include all or a substantial portion of the database contents in a database in which You have Sui Generis Database Rights, then the database in which You have Sui Generis Database Rights (but not its individual contents) is Adapted Material; and

c. You must comply with the conditions in Section 3(a) if You Share all or a substantial portion of the contents of the database.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 4 supplements and does not replace Your obligations under this Public License where the Licensed Rights include other Copyright and Similar Rights.

Section 5 -- Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.

a. Section 8 -- Interpretation.
