Thời điểm và đối tượng thực hiện

Việc kiểm tra vết thương thường được thực hiện khoảng 10 đến 14 ngày sau phẫu thuật; tuy nhiên thời điểm cụ thể còn phụ thuộc vào loại phẫu thuật và vị trí vết thương. Các loại chỉ khâu khác nhau

  • Chỉ tự tiêu: Loại chỉ này sẽ biến mất dần sau vài tuần; cơ thể bạn sẽ phân hủy chúng nên không cần phải cắt bỏ. Thông thường chúng được giấu dưới da nên bạn sẽ không nhìn thấy. Đôi khi, khi đang tiêu hủy, một sợi chỉ trồi lên bề mặt da, tạo thành một chấm nhỏ giống như mụn; hiện tượng này gọi là “spitting”, và thường không đáng lo ngại. Chấm này sẽ biến mất khi chỉ hoàn toàn tiêu hủy. Đừng cố kéo sợi chỉ ra; nếu nó gây vướng víu hoặc đau, hãy nói với bác sĩ khi đi tái khám.
  • Chỉ không tự tiêu: Đây là loại chỉ bắt buộc phải cắt bỏ; công việc này thường được thực hiện trong lần kiểm tra vết thương, khoảng 10 đến 14 ngày sau khi da đã lành lại.

  • Sau các ca phẫu thuật thay khớp vai hoặc khuỷu tay, cũng như phẫu thuật hội chứng ống cổ tay và hội chứng ống quay, vết thương thường được khép lại bằng phương pháp băng dán mạng lưới và keo dán. Một mạng lưới dính tự dính mỏng được đặt lên vết thương để giữ các mép da lại với nhau, sau đó phủ một lớp keo dán da lên trên và để khô. Không cần phải cắt bỏ gì cả; toàn bộ lớp băng này sẽ tự bong ra sau khoảng một đến hai tuần.

Dù là loại chỉ nào, hãy để chúng tự rụng đi thay vì cố gắng lấy ra.

Cảm giác khi cắt chỉ khâu

Nếu bạn cần cắt chỉ khâu, tin vui là việc này dễ dàng hơn nhiều so với những gì bạn tưởng tượng. Mỗi sợi chỉ được cắt và nhẹ nhàng kéo ra khỏi da.

Bạn sẽ cảm thấy một lực kéo nhẹ hoặc cảm giác hơi tê nhói khi mỗi sợi chỉ được lấy ra; đó là cảm giác hơi lạ nhưng thường không gây đau đớn, và toàn bộ quá trình chỉ mất khoảng một đến hai phút. Việc xuất hiện vài vết chảy máu nhỏ là điều bình thường. Hầu hết mọi người đều ngạc nhiên về mức độ nhanh chóng và suôn sẻ của việc cắt chỉ khâu này.

Những gì chúng tôi kiểm tra

Việc kiểm tra vết thương không chỉ liên quan đến các mũi khâu. Sau khi kiểm tra

  • Cho vết thương tiếp xúc với nước: thường thì vào thời điểm này bạn có thể để vết thương tiếp xúc với nước và tắm bình thường; chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận chính xác thời điểm thích hợp vì đôi khi có sự khác biệt. Hãy vỗ nhẹ cho vết thương khô thay vì chà xát, và trong một thời gian ngắn hãy tránh ngâm vết thương trong bồn tắm, hồ bơi hoặc phòng tắm hơi.
  • Chăm sóc sẹo: khi vết thương đã hoàn toàn liền lại, bạn có thể bắt đầu xoa bóp nhẹ nhàng vùng sẹo để giúp sẹo mềm mại và đàn hồi; hãy tham khảo trang chăm sóc sẹo của chúng tôi để biết cách và thời điểm bắt đầu.
  • Hoạt động: buổi kiểm tra thường là lúc một số hạn chế ban đầu được nới lỏng. Khi nào cần tìm sự trợ giúp sớm

Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Public License

i. identification of the creator(s) of the Licensed Material and any others designated to receive attribution, in any reasonable manner requested by the Licensor (including by pseudonym if designated);

iii. a notice that refers to this Public License;

iv. a notice that refers to the disclaimer of warranties;

v. a URI or hyperlink to the Licensed Material to the extent reasonably practicable;

b. if You include all or a substantial portion of the database contents in a database in which You have Sui Generis Database Rights, then the database in which You have Sui Generis Database Rights (but not its individual contents) is Adapted Material; and

c. You must comply with the conditions in Section 3(a) if You Share all or a substantial portion of the contents of the database.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 4 supplements and does not replace Your obligations under this Public License where the Licensed Rights include other Copyright and Similar Rights.

Section 5 -- Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.

a. 2. upon express reinstatement by the Licensor.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 6(b) does not affect any right the Licensor may have to seek remedies for Your violations of this Public License.

c. For the avoidance of doubt, the Licensor may also offer the Licensed Material under separate terms or conditions or stop distributing the Licensed Material at any time; however, doing so will not terminate this Public License.

d. Sections 1, 5, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination of this Public License.

Section 7 -- Other Terms and Conditions.

a. The Licensor shall not be bound by any additional or different terms or conditions communicated by You unless expressly agreed.

b. Any arrangements, understandings, or agreements regarding the Licensed Material not stated herein are separate from and independent of the terms and conditions of this Public License.

Section 8 -- Interpretation.

a. For the avoidance of doubt, this Public License does not, and shall not be interpreted to, reduce, limit, restrict, or impose conditions on any use of the Licensed Material that could lawfully be made without permission under this Public License.

b. To the extent possible, if any provision of this Public License is deemed unenforceable, it shall be automatically reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If the provision cannot be reformed, it shall be severed from this Public License without affecting the enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

c. No term or condition of this Public License will be waived and no failure to comply consented to unless expressly agreed to by the Licensor.

d. Nothing in this Public License constitutes or may be interpreted as a limitation upon, or waiver of, any privileges and immunities that apply to the Licensor or You, including from the legal processes of any jurisdiction or authority.
